Launch Team

Thank you for your interest in joining our Launch Team! We appreciate your willingness to help us promote and review our new books, and we have some fun things in store as a big thank you for helping! 

Because we sell our books on Amazon, you will need to have an Amazon account in order to be part of our launch team. 

 

Here are the steps that we will ask you to do. Please read these so that you have a clear understanding of what you are committing to do. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. 

  • Once we have a book ready for publication, you will receive an email containing our Launch Calendar with a few important dates.  
  • About two weeks before our official release date, you will receive a PDF Advance Reader Copy (ARC) of our book via email. Our books are about 40 pages so it won’t take long to read. 
  •  Once our book is live on Amazon, we will make the Kindle version FREE for 24 hours for you to download. This is yours to keep. This also marks your review as a “verified purchase” which carries more weight with Amazon. 
  • Speaking of review, this is the main reason for authors to have a launch team. Reviews matter since that is how Amazon’s algorithms determine which book to show when people are searching for certain key words. Please leave your review within 3 days of downloading the free book. 
    • An additional entry to our prize drawing will be given to you for leaving a review on Goodreads as well. 
  • Next, is our social media promotion. We will ask you to share our book with a link to our Amazon page on Facebook and/or Instagram and be sure to tag us at #WondersOfNature.World 
    • To help you with this, we will make our book FREE again for 3 specific days (a 72-hour period).  We will provide you with a graphic to help promote the free book. If you have other social media platforms, feel free to share on those as well. 

 

Here is what we will do for you as a huge Thank You!!

We will keep track of each review and social media post and for each one we will add your name to our Launch Party Drawing where you can win various themed prizes. Prizes are specific to the individual book, but to give you some ideas, they can include:

  • Paperback copy with a corresponding plushy
  • An educational STEM game
  • Lego-type building blocks of animal(s)
  • Child sized binoculars
  • And more!

You will receive a detailed prize list with the initial Launch Calendar email.
