Animal Education Series

Sarah, our animal expert, has her degrees in Exotic Animal Training and Management and in Wildlife Conservation. Along with her husband and four boys, she created Wild Wonders, an animal rescue and education facility that provided a home for injured, displaced, non-releasable, and geriatric animals. She maintained this non-profit facility for over two decades.
During those years, as she educated in classrooms and libraries across several counties, she was so inspirational in her approach that both teachers and parents requested additional materials and resources that they could utilize to continue to educate children with the concepts of conservation, protection, and respect for the natural world.
It proved to be a wonderful adventure when Mary’s photography skills were pooled with Sarah’s knowledge and they began to create the Wild Wonders Animal Education series for children.
Geared toward children ages 5-10, this series teaches about specific animals and the words that are commonly used to describe animal behavior, adaptations, and the environments where they typically live.
Each book has full color photographs, engaging clear factual information, and highlighted relevant vocabulary words throughout the book with a corresponding glossary with easy to understand definitions.
Simple questions and hands-on STEM activity ideas are included to help children better retain and explore this new and exciting information.
